BSBB Classes
Mini Dragons
Mini dragons are the youngest members we teach at age 4 to 6. The classes are designed to teach not just martial arts, but also self-discipline and respect for others. Our aim is to deliver these sessions in a safe environment whilst ensuring the students are working hard, developing skills and having fun. The key skills that will improve are co-ordination, balance, fitness, focus and respect.
Kids
Our kids syllabus is aimed to develop children aged 7 to 12. We focus on developing martial arts skills as well as courtesy, respect and self-discipline. Another great aspect of martial arts is confidence. Martial arts develops a child through character building and you will notice a huge increase in confidence due to this. Good behaviour and respect for others is promoted through martial arts and we expect this to be carried out outside of the gym.
Teens and Adults
The teens and adults classes offer invaluable lessons in self-defence, help to rid the mind of stress and are an ideal way to keep fit, lose weight and tone up. Whether is circuit training, pad work, self defence or sparring, we can guarantee that you will get a great workout during every session. So if you want to improve your confidence, give yourself more energy or want to just keep fit, our classes would be perfect for you.
Ladies only
Specialised classes just for the ladies! Full 1 Hours session concentrating on weight loss, toning, fitness and stress relief as well as Self Defence. Nothing is required other than you! Available to existing female members and non members.
